  • Didn't love what you ordered?
    Due to the original nature of the items that we offer, we do not allow for refunds. If you have questions, please contact Jennifer at lkartbucket@gmail.com
  • Where are your employees?
    I am a team of one! References on this webpage often say "we" and the 'we' reference refers to myself and my family. While they are my support system, they do no generally work in the shop as an employee. They are my supply movers, product testers and all around support team. As I am a team of one, when I have appointments, or am ill, or if I am called away from the shop during regular store hours, I heartedly apologize for any inconvenience. There just isn't anyone to run the shop for me in my absence. I HOPE that one day I can have one or two part-time employees to help me out. In the meantime, THANK-YOU for inquiring and supporting my small business in Rice Lake. I appreciate you! ~Jennifer Raddatz
  • What are your business hours?
    *We are a one-person show, please note that occasionally the shop needs to be closed without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We always post on our Facebook Page for immediate closures. Current Hours: Thursday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • When do you have ART Workshops?
    Workshops are scheduled up to 3 times per week on various days. Check back to our website regularly for updates to classes. Though we are closed Sunday - Tuesday, we are available for PRIVATE workshops and groups on those days! Just call us! Private workshops are welcomed for birthday parties, girls day out, bachelorette parties, organizational Art workshops, and businesses and more. Contact Jennifer at LKARTBUCKET@gmail.com for more information. The length of workshops will vary slightly dependent on the Art project planned. Some projects will take longer than others. Pre-registration and payment for workshops is required.
  • Are all of your items found on your website?
    Our specialty gift items are not listed online at this time. If you see something on our Facebook page or if you visited and spotted something you like, we CAN SHIP! Just let us know and we will get the item to you!
  • Do you take consignments?
    We are currently considering consignments at this time. Please contact Jennifer at lkartbucket@gmail.com. Send information about yourself and your art. Please include current photos.
  • I want to teach a class
    Wonderful! I would LOVE to have you teach in our shop! Currently, Artists and Vendors who teach a workshop or provide a demonstration do NOT have to pay a commission to the shop as long as the workshop takes place within normal business hours. If your planned workshop takes place out of normal business hours, we do require a 20% commission on all registrations. For example, if the TOTAL cost of your class is $30 per person, LK Art Bucket would receive $6 per person. LK ART BUCKET will provide links to workshop registrations on our Facebook and Website.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
