Air Dry Clay:  This unique clay can be used on a potter's wheel, added to canvas and terracotta pots, crafted into fine sculpture and so much more. Air Dry Clay is not kiln fired and cannot be used for food service. There are SO many fantastic things to create, however. Such as: Ornaments, Whimsical Animal Pots, candle holders, gnomes/gnome homes, flower pot sticks, floral designs with terracotta pots, and sculpture.

Acrylic Painting: Landscapes, Animals, Still Life, Mixed Media. Acrylic Painting is my most popular type. These classes focus on the beginner to intermediate acrylic painter. 

Gouache Painting: This type of paint is a combination of watercolor and acrylic. It is THE most forgiving style of painting - want to find out why? Schedule or join a workshop!

Oil Painting: Landscapes, Animals, Still Life - these classes are set to focus on beginning oil painting. You'll learn about the types of supplies needed, basic brushstrokes, blending, and more. 

Mixed Media: Sky is the limit here (okay not quite, but close!) Canvas, boards, paper, birdhouses, terracotta, and other base items are used to create fantastic mixed media pieces. This category includes pour painting.

Floral Design: There are so many options with florals! A favorite is first painting large or small tin containers with acrylics and then arranging florals after the paint dries. Another popular workshop is making wreaths. The basics of floral design are discussed, the rest is making the piece your own!

Mosaic & Stained Glass: Mosaic glass tiles are used to create many types of Art, from use with flower pots, to boards, to actual stained glass art. Call me today and let's create something!

Chunky Blankets: Make your own chunky blanket! Chunky yarn is provided in a variety of colors. You will complete a throw blanket approximately 40x50 inches. Note - this class may take up to 3 or 4 hours to complete, depending on how fast you create. *If you would like an off-site chunky blanket workshop, space will be limited. 

Sign Making: Signs can be created on plywood, whitewashed boards, stretched canvas, containers, canvas bags. 100s of stencils are available as well as *COMING SOON* screen printing.

Alcohol Ink Painting: A difficult medium to control but with oh-so beautiful results! 

Terrarium Workshops: This is a GREAT workshop for kids! Build your own special living terrarium and learn the skills needed to help it thrive! Containers, soil, plants are all included in this workshop.

Watercolor Painting: Always a favorite, the basics of watercolor painting (landscape, still life, floral) are covered in these workshops. Watercolor is an extremely versatile medium and paper types, brushes, and more are discussed. 

Ceramics: We have a variety of bisque ceramic painting workshops for you to learn techniques like: Dry-brushing, ombre, watercolor, splatter & bubble effects, and more. Many of our ceramics include light kids, such as the gnome and tree above. Light kits are included with the purchase of the ceramic for the class.
